This page explains how to delete your kioku account and associated data, operated by Palo Santo Consulting Pvt Ltd.
Open kioku, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all of your data.
If you can’t access the app, email info@palosantoconsulting.com from the email address on your account and we will delete your account and data.
Your account and login; your documents and their encrypted images; saved passwords, PINs and secure notes; photo, audio and video attachments; profiles; reminders; any family vault you own; and emergency-access grants you created.
Deletion is processed immediately on request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required by law.
Your document images, passwords and attachments are zero-knowledge encrypted and are destroyed together with your account; we cannot recover them afterwards.
